As a community of churches, The Vineyard is one of the fastest growing church-planting movements in the world. The Vineyard story is about ordinary people who worship and serve an extraordinary God, and is simply one thread in the rich tapestry of the historic and global Church of Jesus Christ. But it is a thread of God's weaving.

From the beginning the Vineyard as a movement has had the commitment to pursue the "Presence of God" and be a Kingdom focused community of believers.


And he will turn many of the sons of Israel back to the Lord their God. It is he who will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children, and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous, so as to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

We believe the Lord, is now working to fulfill what He has been intending for MVCF as this verse has taken on greater relevancy and application for us as a family of believers. The importance of the call on MVCF from its inception has evolved with God's leading, as a ministry which has the designate of "Forerunner" just as it was said of John the Baptist. In our history as a fellowship, we have been a forerunner first in the area of "Worship" and "Prophetic Ministry", Now we have been led by the Spirit of God with revelation to see fulfilled in this fellowship the mandate which is an end time's call, concerning the "Restoration of the Hearts of the Fathers toward their Children". We have been blessed to discover the importance of the foundation of our Hebrew roots, and as such the Lord made it clear in Deuteronomy 6 a pattern of how the family is to be nurtured and discipled spiritually. We see the mandate to see the family as the center for the education of our children and the generations ahead, and to see Church as the gathering of the community of saints and not segregated or relegated to just felt needs. Making the Church centered on the work of Messiah Jesus and not man-centered. A fellowship, when people ask, why you exist? Our answer being for the "Glory of God".
